MI & Associates has been appointed as a formal Introducer for a UK private bank and a Swiss private bank which are seeking to secure as clients, high net worth and ultra-high net worth African. MI & Associates has been engaged to assist with due diligence assistance and pre in country advisory guidance to the lead private bankers before they travel into Africa to meet target potential clients.

MI & Associates was appointed by the senior partner of the Paris arm of a global USA Law firm, to assist with unblocking a complex debt restructuring and refinancing of the State Bank of a French West African country. MI & Associates successfully delivered solutions and strategic partners for the transaction and the deal was completed in a record 5 weeks from the start of MI & Associates appointment to completion.
