Terms of Business

MI & Associates is a Strategy Consulting firm and therefore only accepts clients that agree to pay hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly fees, depending on the nature of the assignment and engagement. MI & Associates is not a brokerage firm or commission agent. MI & Associates does not engage in commission only business assignments.

The first 45 minutes of a telephone call, be it via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or What’s App, is free of charge. Subsequent calls are charged out at a fee that MI & Associates sets out in its standard Terms and Conditions of Business, a copy of which will be sent to prospective clients upon request, after the first call.

Any request to have a face-to-face meeting with MI & Associates and or the team,  will require a fee stipulated by MI & Associates, to be paid to MI & Associates two days before any meeting takes place.
