Engaged by several UHNW entrepreneurs to help source 5 star plus hotels available for acquisition off market. MI & Associates has assisted clients to engage with the owners of prime central 5-star hotels in Mayfair, London; Paris, Dublin and Marbella, Spain. One of the hotels in Paris that MI worked on, was marketed off market by its private owners at a price tag of over Euro 700 million. MI & Associates secured a written offer from a German insurance company willing to pay close to the asking price to acquire the hotel.

In Africa, MI & Associates was requested by the owners of a luxury hotel in Cape Town, to assist with finding a buyer for their hotel, which they had been trying to sell for over a year, having appointed a global hotel advisory firm. MI & Associates introduced one of its clients, a billionaire English gentleman who owns vast commercial and industrial assets across Southern Africa. The UHNW gentleman made a written offer to acquire the hotel.

MI & Associates was retained by the family that own the leading hotel companies in Nigeria, to help with sourcing strategic partners for their Lagos flagship hotel.

MI & Associates travelled to Dubai on several occasions to negotiate a representative agreement to assist one of the leading Dubai hotel groups with securing management contracts around the world.
